The client further guarantees that all elements of text, images, or other artwork submitted are either owned by the client or that they have permission to use them. The client agrees to protect me from any third-party claims regarding the unauthorized use of intellectual property.
- Credit: I request that my credit be included in all publicity and promotion related to the project and/or our relationship, including but not limited to awards, competitions, and press releases.
