Can design facilitate healing? That was the question behind my work on Harmony Unveiled: A Couples Workbook for Lasting Connection.
Working with Dr. Ashley Blu Staats, I transformed deep clinical research on attachment theory and apology languages into a 70-page interactive workbook.
Highlights of the Project:
Structured Vulnerability: Designed “Conflict Mapping” and “Self-Reflection” matrices that give partners the specific language they need to repair ruptures.
The Kintsugi Motif: Incorporated the theme of “Beautiful Repair” throughout the book, reminding users that “secure attachment isn’t about never messing up; it’s about knowing you can come back together”.
KDP Launch: Successfully oversaw the technical setup and launch on Amazon KDP, making this vital tool accessible to couples everywhere.
