I not only designed the book but also laid it out, ensuring it was ready for print through Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) and optimized for digital reading in ePub format.
I selected fonts and typography that complemented the book’s genre and tone. Consistency in formatting, proper page numbering, and thoughtful margin settings were essential components of the layout process.
The final PDF file meets KDP’s requirements for print-on-demand, the book’s dimensions, margins, and bleed settings are accurate.
I also transformed the book into an ePub format. This involved adapting the layout for various screen sizes and devices, ensuring that the text flowed gracefully and images were responsive. The goal was to deliver a seamless and enjoyable digital reading experience.
